+ Recreated on mobile the experience of shopping in a South American marketplace for client; chévere (pronounced CHAY-vehr-ay). Harnessed full human-centered design toolkit to achieve 40 percent increase in key user task success. 

+ Incorporated info-gathering client interviews, user personas, market research, qualitative usability tests, remote user testing, wireframing, prototyping, and iterative design.
