Service Technician ? Manage all calls and responsibilities on-site for one of the Companies largest customers - California State University Bakersfield (CSUB). ? Handle the full cycle monthly billing process for CSUB. ? Analyzes usage month to month to ensure accuracy and to be able to predict future usage. ? Set up and inspect machines prior to being delivered to customer site. ? Install machines at customer locations and train customers on standard operating procedures as well as answer any of their questions. ? Service, diagnose, and repair a wide range of machines. ? Troubleshoot problems in order to repair machines and ordering parts if necessary.
