Coordinate head designers and PD team for fit development from proto to bulk production of sweater, woven, etc.: IMPORT: Create 1st tech packs to develop proto samples, supervise specs, images, sketches, construction & sewing, label placement, bill of materials, etc., drape 1st proto, draft 1st patterns if necessary, evaluate and measure samples to determine compliance of spec and previous correction, manage fitting to identify issues, request patterns to apply specific corrections, illustrate diagram & comments with Photoshop & Illustrator to offer precise details, send tech packs within timely manner, apply established grade rules or provide different grade rules based on proportions, inspect TOP and random bulk pieces to ensure quality control, keep archive of approved patterns and top for future seasons, research various patterns and construction techniques in the competitive market, develop libraries to benefit future workload.
