I am an award-winning graphic designer with over eleven years of design and production experience; with eight of those years working in fast-paced, high-volume advertising agencies. I am knowledgeable in both print and web design and I look to contribute to an organization’s success individually, and also as part of a team.

With my increasing workload in web-based projects, I was promoted to be an Interactive Designer in the Creative Department, with the goal of integrating the department with the Interactive Department. Working alongside Art Directors and Copywriters to concept and create digital content for campaigns, my primary responsibilities included concepting and executing web banners, developing and updating social media and web content, as well as creating and deploying eBlasts. I aided in presentations and new business pitches by assisting with campaign concepts and designing PowerPoint presentations and physical display boards. I was also involved with creative and digital strategies including user interface and user experience. 

Interactive Designer

I was hired for the expanding Studio Department, working under the Studio Manager to create, revise, resize, and pre?ighting print ads and collateral. The high volume and quick turnaround times required individuals who are efficient, accurate, and are able to identify and solve design and technical issues before ?les are to be released. Being a reliable and knowledgeable Studio Artist, I started working directly with Creative and Art Directors to develop designs within campaigns, helping the Creative Department workload. Concurrently, I began learning Flash with an emphasis in animation, as there was an increasing demand for digital display banners. I would also work with Art Directors and the Interactive Department to create digital content for web and mobile applications.      

Studio Artist

HMA is an advertising agency that specializes in new home development and master-planned communities. My responsibilities as a Production Artist was to work with Art Directors and the Account Teams to create, revise, resize, and release print ads, direct mail collateral and brochures. As my responsibilities increased, I was the primary Production Artist responsible for making sure all creative for newspapers were accurate in color. I was also in charge of releasing all print ads to publications and working with the Account and Media teams to maintain the media schedule during the agency’s most proli?c period.
