Sales consultant-elite line Diamond Resorts International .  Vacation ownership sales on the action/elite line .  My position with DRI requires building strong relationship , trust , discovery , product knowledge (competitor product knowledge) , why "our" product , and of course powerful closing skill just to get started .  This position also requires nurturing of new clients in their membership knowledge and knowhow of our/their new product as well as being able to truly make a friend while helping them achieve their vacation/travel goals to ultimately close the deal ASAP . One needs to possess excellent organizational skills , communication , being able to think on one's feet , also be asking the question why ? to find the true dominant buying motive , and have fun while doing it all . This is  sales so yes I DO want to make a lot of money .

Vacation ownership sales . Truly one of the hardest products to sell on Earth ! Our marketing department sends us the families to go on our presentation via offering them a gift such as 120$ gift card and a free three day vacation .  It is my job to warm up , build trust and commonality , do great discovery to identify their individual dominant buying  motives , justify vacation ownership verses renting , show all benefits of our product and how it will help their vacation lifestyles , prove to them through our website and company branding that its legitimate and safe , and ask them to buy something that starts at 15,000$ and up . All this has to be done in 90-120 minutes too ! Diamond Resorts International is publically traded company on the NYSE our stock index code is DRII . We are also a fortune 500 company with approximately 650,000 club members , we also have over 350 resorts in 34 countries .
