Work directly with the Creative Director and artists (internal and external) to create and develop high quality games. Facilitate and execute internal game/art reviews, as well as Creative Task Planning with team leads. Lead all efforts to localize games into multiple languages. Collaborate with QA for timely and clean deliveries.

Manage the localization of core, kids, family and casual games for all platforms (XBOX 360, PS3,Wii, DS and 3DS) as well as iOS devices. Coordinate and oversee multiple QA teams to ensure quality builds that stay within the parameters of the budget. Coordinate with translation teams around the world to assure accurate and timely translations. Interface with various licensing partners to ensure projects are accurate representation of the brand across multiple territories and languages. Monitor and use DevTrack to minimize bugs by submission date. Utilize Localize Direct for even faster and more accurate translation of strings minimizing any version issues and reducing delays.

Managed the localization of Disney DVD and Blu-Ray menus, Nickelodeon eBooks and iTunes Extras utilizing Zoo Digital proprietary software and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects. Managed multiple SKUs within each project spanning many languages per SKU. Coordinated with the client, the territories, outgoing quality control, and authoring to provide projects that are delivered both error-free and on-time.

Managed entire localization process for multiple SKUs and languages from receipt of translations to delivery of product to client. Localized and built out of Blu-Ray and Standard Def menus, interfaces and trivia tracks. Managed domestic product delivery from receipt of design to delivery of product to client. Responsibilities included troubleshooting any problems early in the process and presenting any and all possible solutions to the client and producers. Executed file prep, delivery, save out and documentation of Advanced Content projects utilizing knowledge of Blu-Ray Java programming.
