As the Lead of the Warehouse Management System Support team I was responsible for over seeing the work of the members of my team as well as training new team members in. I was directly responsible for taking on the most critical of the critical issues facing our company. Being the lead required constantly communicating with other leads throughout the company to explain our teams plans to solve and prevent our companies most pressing IT related issues. Frequently I would be responsible for composing company wide emails to explain whatever issues we might be having, what we were doing to fix them, what the time frame for our fix was, and how we would prevent similar problems in the future.

Warehouse Management System Support | 09/2006 - 12/2009
As a member of the Warehouse Management System Support team I was tasked with solving the most important time sensitive problems facing our company. It was not unusual for me to receive a call from someone on the warehouse floor with a problem, debug a program to find the problem, code the fix, see the fix through testing and install the fix in the same day.
On a daily basis I was communicating with end users and walking them through solutions to their problems via phone calls, email, or in person trips to the warehouse floor. This was a very high pressure and fast paced position that required exceptional problem solving, communication, and multi-tasking skills as well as a willingness to be on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
