As founder and creator at PonoGirl and PonoLife I have found inspiration from the ocean and The North Shore of Oahu to develop a range of women's swim and active wear that will launch in Summer 2021. The ocean and it's animals have been the inspiration for me by drawing attention to the need for all of us to take better care of our planet. PonoGirl is established on the principles of fair labor practices for all, the use of recycled or repurposed fabrics to reduce impact on natural resources and to culture the message of what we believe in; REFRESH RECYCLE INSPIRE Supplementing PonoGirl is PonoLife which underlines the values to live in balance in harmony with each other, ourselves and the earth. 64m Royal Denship Motor Yacht • Shared rotational captaincy role on an expedition yacht used for fisheries and marine research.

111m Lurssen Motor Yacht • Onsite representation on behalf of the Principal through all stages of project; from conceptualization phase to final delivery of the completed vessel in June 2019.

85m Lurssen Motor Yacht • Worked in close cooperation with Owners' Representative and Technical Advisor to follow through all client requests and implement these into the project to meet a delivery schedule of July 2017. • Maintaining strong relationships with the shipyard, sub-contractors and suppliers was a strong focus of the project to generate the standards and quality expected by the client.

42m Moonen Motor Yacht • On site for final 9 months of construction on a 42 meter motor yacht representing Principal and his family. • Implementation of all operational procedures, maintenance schedules and compliance requirements.

60m Trinity Motor Yacht • On site for final 8 months of construction of a 60 meter motor yacht. • Successful launch of vessel and completion of warranty works. • Implemented all operational procedures, maintenance schedules and compliance requirements.

40m Alloy Motor Yacht • Direct interaction with Principal regarding all facets of vessel operation, maintenance, budgeting. • Completed major overhaul on critical vessel systems within deadline and budget. • Implemented maintenance schedules and software-based system to streamline efficiency and reduce expenses.

39m Feadship Motor Yacht • Sourced, placed and trained crew of 7 on board in all facets of vessel operation to the needs of the Principal. • Direct liaison with manager and financial advisor with regards to vessel operation, budgeting and itinerary.

68m Nobiskrug Yacht • Formed part of a team of 5 involved with final stages of construction for Principal. • Training of crew in vessel specific operations, structures and emergency response duties.

• Formed part of young, dynamic crew of 7 very closely involved with Principal and family when on board. • Completed two major refit projects during this time under guidance and tutelage of Captain.
