Creative Consultant - Backpacks - Licensee Program

Lead the Product Department for ONE Industries and 661 Brands.

Was responsible for directing Design, Development, and Merchandising team for the complete product creation process of 18 product lines including Moto+Bike Technical Apparel, Helmets, Gloves, Protective Body Gear, Women’s Bike Gear, Outerwear, Base Layers, Tech-Casual, T’s, Accessories, Licensing, and Limited Editions.  Totally new developments amounted to a 50% Increase in brand riding gear offering.

Implemented ONE’s innovative “Mix’It’Up” apparel strategy with a strong In-house team providing a new approach to designing, selling, and wearing Moto and Bike Gear that brought back opportunity in a declining industry category. 

Implemented ONE’s new All-Condition-Apparel strategy featuring Outerwear, Race-wear, and Base-layers to enable riding the track at all times and attracting new riders nationally and internationally.
