Egypt operation is about 2500 Employee between the Knitting area and the dying area and the sewing area.
Duties
• Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization.
• Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business.
• Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
• Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit.
• Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
• Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to customers.
• Engage in key or targeted customer activities.
• Oversee key hiring and talent development programs.
• Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.
• Communicate strategy and results to the unit's employees.

Development of: El-Minya factory new planet to be the first green manufacturing in the middle east with total area 16,780 m2.
• Setting up the plan of new factory which content cutting room and 3 sewing workshops.
• Succeed in start the business in factory one within 3 months with 8 complete lines.
• Manage all the supply chain jobs and build up a team for all departments.
Management of: production efficiency, quality management with traffic light system
• = controlling the Seconds percentage and cost per minute for the factory.
• Management of the AQL team for self-approval from our customers (Calvin Klein, Tommy John, and Walmart).

General Manager

Accomplishments and results:
• Drives the delivery to achieve 98 % on time from 80% which helps to increase sales.
• Build up the Supply Chain Operation for the Group Mainly for the sourcing strategy.

VP Supply Chain, product management &Far East regional manager

Accomplishments and results:
• Control and reduce the Quarter Risk from 4.5% to be only 0.7% which helps to increase the business in the region, in the same time to reduce the Global Yearly Risk for the region.
• Create alternative suppliers list for each product which allow me to secure production strategy.
•  Improve the development skills for the Egypt team by regular trainings, after one year we succeed to carry development responsibility to Egypt Hub office from the New York head office.
• Grow up FOB volume Export to 96 Million USD/ Year from 55 Million USD with grow up 43%.
• The above points helps a lot to decrease the purchasing prices/ items within 7%
• During 2010 I succeed to avoid and secure the company business in the region by booking the raw material for the orders for 3 quarter ahead, which secure the company profit from the unstable cotton prices during this time and Middle East was the only region which not increase the prices for 2 quarters even the cotton prices went up for more that 50%.
• Cost efficient budget control of the region to be 1.25% from the total FOB instead of 3.2%.
• Increase the no. Of vendor base to the company Plus open new sources which allows to get new business and new brands to be produced in the region like Calvin Bridge EU

Job responsibilities: Represent Warnaco Middle East &Africa at all levels of business interactions.
• Oversees all operational and financial aspects of the organization in the Middle East& Africa with direct supervisory responsibilities. ((Under my management 8 departments (Merchandising-Planning-Quality control & Quality assurance- Technical development-Admin Dept. -IT - HR- Logistics and Finance)), with more than $125 Million USD FOB among divisions.
• Running the business for company brands (Calvin Klein Jeans, Calvin Klein Underwear, Chaps, Speedo, Olga   ) starting from the R&D stage going through sourcing, merchandising, production, logistics and quality in the Middle East & Africa including Egypt, Bahrain, Jordon, Turkey, Ethiopia,  Tunisia and Israel.(Morocco was about to start it by 2012)
• Leading Sourcing work to execute tasks aligning with overseas offices, vendors and mills.
• Develop strategic Sourcing, Supply chain vendor base jointly with the managing director.

Far East Regional Manager

• Company Overview: Company had been set up on June 2003 and i participate in establishing the company In China as i was responsible for production, planning and Logistic for exporting to the entire world including Europe, gulf area and America.
• Accomplishments and results:
• In 4 years, spearheaded the set up and expansion strategy taking the company from scratch to 6 Plants, 3 sourcing and supply chain offices by the end of 2005.
• Chart a clear objective and strategy for the company's national expansion. In Retail and Sourcing.
• Aggressively grow up the export for the sourcing office to be 130 Million USD from 35 million.
• Succeed to move all the R,D for our brand and the customer to our head office in Ningbo.

Production and planning responsibility:
• Oversee and monitor the planning and production layout of the knitting, weaving, dye house and the garment manufacturing, reviewing all the workshops production reports on daily base.
• Allocation of resources for the factory operations to ensure production growth.
• Improvement in productivity to achieve company's targets (in both short and long term).
• Scheduling of planning for departments starting from knitting to the packaging department.
• Following the production efficacy and schedules for the departments. Responsible of time study for the item in the sewing workshops, and the production optimization in the production line.

Merchandising responsibility:
• Participation in the analysis of market trends and research related to product designs.
• Participate with sales and merchandising management to achieve retail exposure.
• Persuasive - Able to motivate others through the appropriate use of interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of a product, service, or idea.
• Strategic - Ability to identify key issues on time and be creative and strategic in facing internal and external challenges. Build creative solutions and plans that meet objectives and maximize impact.
• Responsible for the cost sheet, Calculate all the accessories and Trims of the products.
• Agree departmental targets with Buyer. Plan and manage the merchandising aspects of the supplier base to achieve service levels and minimize risk and maximize profit.
• Supervising the Export team to follow up the shipping documents.
• Set and manage critical path for the product area.
• Analyses the forecast reports from the head office to review and adjust production plan
