• In charge of doing Financial Analysis Report Monthly • In charge of Market Comparison Ratios and Monthly ranking of the company in sales, Equity, Net Income • In charge of doing the presentation of Assets and Liabilities • In charge of doing all the US dollar checks • In charge of all the activities of the area for bonding • When the Investment manager leaves on vacation I take his place and do the following activities(Its not part of my job but I did this as extra work): o Invest in different banks negotiating a better rate for our investments according to the regulations provided by the mandate of investment not surpassing the limits established by the bank of Colombia o Doing financing for vehicles in the company for employees o Do the benchmark for interest rates, sensitivity analysis for different variables that could potentially affect the company and risk assessment for the different variables that could affect the company o Make sure to send the information to the regulatory entity of insurance companies in Honduras o Grant warranties of completion of projects, of merchandize, finishing a project, of deposit. o Supervising the work of the personal of investment.
