bHpatics is a startup company founded in KAIST(Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology), Daejeon in South Korea, where they develop wearable IT apparels, devices, and software with the tactile sensation technology. The pivotal objective of the laboratory is to improve VR(Virtual Reality) technology applying to ergonomic patterned garments, such as a waistcoat, arm sleeve, and backpack.

As "Design for Sport" is a motto of the brand, Descente is currently a decent and dominant brand in South Korea.
