Product Designer

Designer for women’s and girls’ closed toe sneakers, sports sandals, weather boots, and innovation projects in inline and SMU. Duties include:
- Trend research and presentation of seasonal concepts to design team and management
- Overseas and domestic travel for research and development.
- Creation of tooling and techpacks for sample development at factories for 100 skus per season (inline and SMU)
- Holistic problem solving, ensuring quality, materials, and costs are met to standard
- Running point on creation and review of 3D tooling files
- Serving as acting manager in absence of design manager as needed, mentoring junior designers and interns.

Global Footwear Designer

Designer/developer for in-line women’s fashion footwear, as well as private label and SMU. Clients include Nasty Gal, Sole Society, DSW, and Urban Outfitters. Duties include:
- Trend, color and material research
- Footwear development from CAD to prototype requests to final samples
- Daily communication with factory base to track sample development
- Travel to overseas factories in China and Europe twice yearly.

Designer/Developer

Junior designer for Men’s/Women’s/Kids sneakers and women's cut/sew apparel. Duties include:
- Trend, color and material research
- Sketching/ideation of new footwear and women's apparel
- Creation of techpacks, CADs and linesheets
