I am a highly skilled activewear and swimwear designer with a strong commercial eye. With 5 years’ experience in industry, I have been at my current role within GYMSHARK for nearly 4 years. My designs have contributed to the success of womenswear, with many of my personal ranges selling out and having gold marketing campaigns online. I designed Gymshark’s first swimwear range (SS18) which sold out within 48 hours, I also designed Gymshark’s first ever yoga range. I currently design all forms of active wear, from products for weightlifting to cross training, with function at the forefront of my designs. I am a very technical designer with a very strong sound understanding of designing seamless product. I strive to make sure every single product will fully function correctly when worn in the gym or whilst doing an activity. This is visible especially in the technical support bras I have designed for Gymshark.

I am used to working under pressure to strict deadlines, target FOB’s and have great time and workload management skills. I currently take part in worldwide inspiration trips to gather new inspiration for the team alongside visiting our factories in Asia and liaising with suppliers.

I am highly proficient with adobe, creating drawings and tech packs on Illustrator, alongside using InDesign and Photoshop for other tasks in my day to day. 

I currently mentor a junior within the team and guide her through the process from designing to fitting to tech packing. Alongside this we have weekly 1:1’s and progress report meetings for her personal development.
