Greetings,

              My name is Ivan Hernandez,  I have a solid foundation in education, coaching, sales, project management, account creation, professional development, and work skill training. I have been a public school teacher for close to eleven years with local school districts. I am currently a CTE Graphic Design Teacher and was a JV Basketball Coach at Horizon High School for over 5 years. Under my direction the Graphic Design program has grown tremendously, we teach 4 main disciplines which include, Adobe platform software, screen printing, vinyl cutting and installation. Under my direction the Graphic Design program now exclusively produces 15 students per year that are employed by the school district. Handles major orders of decorated garments and commercial graphics. Students are trained in employable skills and supervised to generate a working budget for our program.  I am currently looking to expand my professional experience with a new organization and new opportunities.

Projects Managed:
Clint ISD CTE student worker program lead teacher/ supervisor.
Managed and trained 15 students who were exclusively selected from my practicum class to work at the district level in various positions for their senior year.
Awarded Clint ISD Future Graduate T-shirt Fulfillment contract.
Supervised and managed students as they produced a large T-shirt order of over 2000 units that are created and printed in a very short period of time. Shirts are taken from concept development, proof approvals, printing, and fulfillment in under four days.

Supervised over twelve employees that handled all the entertainment on a western themed resort. Responsible for negotiating contracts for hired talent, receiving invoices and paying vendors. Worked closely with real estate team to generate land sales and condominium sales at company resorts.
