I am currently a part-time Production Design Coordinator at Farriz Design Inc. I maintain product inventory as well as organize purchase orders/invoices and set up shipments both domestically and internationally. I communicate with customers and vendors regarding shipment of both in-house and warehouse orders.

•	Attend to the needs of about 1,000 customers daily in an efficient, professional manner
•	Communicate and collaborate effectively with a team of up to 30 associates
•	Handle cash/ credit card/ gift card transactions and maintain responsibility of up to $2,000 at a time
•	Assist management in assigning associates’ positions and run shifts when needed

•	Utilize knowledge of Microsoft Excel to create Purchase Order and Invoice spreadsheets daily
•	Liaison with customers and vendors by both phone and email regarding shipment of in-house orders as well as Purchase Orders from the warehouse
•	Maintain in-house inventory lists of up to 15,000 t-shirts, sweaters, and medical scrubs
•	Utilize Adobe Photoshop skills to create professional presentations shown on company website
•	Organize domestic and international shipments daily 
•	Teach other employees Microsoft Excel and Adobe Photoshop skills to expand staff knowledge
•	Deliver and pick up samples as well as packages to and from the greater Los Angeles area; driving up to 150 miles in one day

Production Design Coordinator

•	Managed advertisement booths attracting students to purchase Mountain High season passes
•	Created content for multiple social media platforms in order to raise consumer awareness
•	Participated in monthly ski events with college representatives and the Mountain High marketing director to discuss upcoming media plans and create bonds through team-building exercises
