Through my many work experiences as an intern at Oakley, Inc., as an Inside Sales Representative, and as a small business owner, I have come to understand the meaning of  “hard work.” I know that the only way to be successful and get what you want is through hard work. Hard work has allowed me to have many experiences that involve managing high profile accounts and interacting with all levels of organization and outside contacts. This has allowed me to work with and build relationships with Fortune 500 companies. Through my business experiences and extracurricular activities, I know how to perform under pressure, be a valuable team player, and work effectively on my own. 

• Oversee company’s operational processes which is designed to maximize production while minimizing costs.
• Employ strategies to maximize customer satisfaction throughout the entire buying process.
• Negotiate contracts with business partners, clients, and vendors to ensure the business model is successful. 
• Implement the company's growth strategy by establishing strategic partnerships with global wholesale accounts.

• Contract with and helped protect the Intellectual Property of major corporations that include: American Eagle, Apple, Monster Energy, Oakley, Inc., Tory Burch, and Western Digital.
• Daily tasks include; monitoring, detection, analysis and removal of counterfeit and/or infringing websites, marketplace listings, social media postings and domain names.
• Track and synthesize enforcement actions by number and identify e-commerce platforms that require enforcement actions to be pursued more heavily.
• Ensure that all required service levels and program goals are being met for all clients.
• Provide expert advice and professionally coordinate with contracting companies.
• Extremely familiar with and utilize Perspective by PPM 2000 (which joined forces with Resolver Inc).
• Licensed Private Investigator in the state of Utah from 2016-2018.

• Managed and grew sales through personal selling and business development to increase market share and strategic objectives.
• Developed sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, and building rapport.
• Established and maintained professional relationships with customers and business owners.
• Traveled the Country and sold thousands of dollars worth of product while attending sales events and trade shows.
• Worked with team members to facilitate calls and manage workflow through Salesforce and Google sheets.

• Daily tasks included: creating reports, data analysis, event planning, and web identification.?
• Successfully led key projects, which resulted in saving the company over $1M. ?
• Liaison for clients, vendors, and other large corporations.?
• Reported to the VP of Brand Protection on a daily basis and in weekly reports.
