This is a business I started late 2014. All of the products are baked fresh with healthy ingredients without any chemical preservatives. Digital Content Strategist

I have quickly learned the operations for the Customer Service Department. I handle customer care relations and maintain the relationship between WPS and our accounts.  I process the largest and most difficult orders that make up a significant part of the company's revenue. I communicate with international clients and process their specialty orders. I am given tasks to train and develop current team members and new hires. I have assisted the Marketing Department with providing letters and promotional discount reminders, compiling mailing lists and sending complimentary products and donations to customers. I am a primary consultant for the event planning committee also known as, the ACEs. Some of my duties are to track and maintain our inventory for the events, generate a budget and event calendar, conduct surveys and collaborate with the other committees in regards to our events. I have successfully planned and executed numerous events that include birthday celebrations, retirement parties and our End of the Year company wide holiday party.

As a Management Trainee at Enterprise Holdings, I gained the skills necessary to one day run my own successful business.  I assisted in building and maintaining relationships by marketing our company to our main accounts and customers. I individually managed a satellite location that included communicating directly with customers, ensuring the proper types and sizes of vehicles are staged for the customer having the completely satisfied customer mentality.  I assisted in mentoring a group of employees to provide training on how be successful in their careers at Enterprise.  Since the beginning of my career at Enterprise, I was awarded for being in the top ten in the region for my sales and customer service percentage.  I received awards for having a well-organized and balanced location for consecutive months.  I was also awarded more responsibility based on my fast-paced growth in the company.
