International Customer Service and Sales Support Specialist

Customer Service & Support

-Built and maintained proactive partnerships with distributors by establishing weekly calls and serving as the single point of contact to the distributors, trade marketing, commercial team, etc.
-Analyzed orders to ensure alignment with consumption vs financial target plans in order to maximize depletions.
-Reviewed and optimized the route to market for all orders, ensuring key items were in stock especially for high visibility events like F1 Grand Prix, Superbowl, music festivals, etc.
-Improved ways of working with largest distributor (Southern Glazers) by leading buy process training and continuous improvement calls
-Collaborated with the commercial team to align distributor forecast with MH forecast using Anaplan, Power BI and SAP ERP

Customer Operations Analyst

-Manage the day-to-day operations of our Canada office including order allocation, warehouse receiving and shipping logistics from the US to Canada.
-Worked with the Canadian 3PL to ensure monthly ship deadlines are met.
-Provide customer service for any queries that arise from other international territories and subsidiaries and assist with any international new account inquiries
-Invoice factory direct orders for all international accounts
-Provide detailed sales updates to supervisor regarding monthly sales goals.
-Coordinate all international shipping from the US warehouse and work with freight forwarders to meet any customer deadlines.

International Sales Analyst

• Administer all aspects of customer service for International Distributor accounts, including daily communication regarding order deadline notifications, sales order status, cancellations, delivery schedules and delivery updates.

• Identify and resolve customer concerns and fulfill general customer requests.

• Manage receipt and processing of all sales orders for International Distributor accounts, including pre-book, at once, samples, POP, and promotional orders.

• Provide weekly Open Order Status reports to Supervisor and Sales Management team.

• Work closely with Logistics, Production Departments, and Inventory Control in tracking all factory direct shipments, ensuring timely communication to Distributors regarding delivery and order cancellations.
 
• Monitor and track status of all sales orders and receipt of incoming product to US warehouse. Coordinate with Distributors for shipment consolidation needs and provide shipping instructions to warehouse manager.

Manage all aspects of homeowners associations throughout San Diego county.
Create and oversee annual budgets for each association. 
Prepare content and oversee  monthly or quarterly Board meetings. 
Interact with vendors on behalf of the board of directors to obtain proposals for any large projects or contracts.
Pursue aggressive debt collections against delinquent owners.
Analyze and present financial reports including annual budgets, reserve studies, and year end disclosures as required by California civil code.
Train all new assistants and provide additional training as necessary
