• Responsible for a variety of administrative responsibilities including but not limited to website updates & data entry

• Greet prospective students, answer questions, and provide an enthusiastic and friendly attitude
• Plan, organize, and distribute visit and trip itineraries for admissions counselors
• Give detailed tours of the campus to prospective students and their families

Student Ambassador

• Provide feedback to incoming talent during interviews and auditions
• Attend shows and showcases for scouting purposes
• Control agency's social media accounts by creating graphics for television shows and posting about clients the agency represents
• Send emails and make phone calls to schedule auditions or remind talent of upcoming deadlines
• Update resumes and profiles of clients represented by the agency
• Update Casting Network, LA Casting, and Breakdown Express profiles for clients represented by the agency
