While being a part of a small start up company I have acquired many skills as well as personal qualities that are extremely useful. I am highly motivated, personable, detail oriented, creative and flexible. I have gained invaluable experience in customer service, sales, product development and design as well as marketing. I have found that starting a business requires you to learn things rather quickly and be ready to tackle the next obstacle with efficiency and determination. Over the past year I have maintained excellent communication skills and gained problem resolution abilities. 
 My career goals for the future involve a few different aspects. I would love to work for a company that allows me to expand my knowledge base and skill set while offering my creative eye and work experience to the team. I am eager to work in an environment that continuously challenges me as a professional and pushes me to grow.

We launched 81 Wetsuits just over a year ago and are still very much in the beginning stages of this start up dream. Between my partner and I, we oversee and manage design and production, social media and marketing as well as all sales and retail accounts. We are a small grassroots brand based out of Laguna Beach.
