Work as part of a team to manage the data collection, data analysis, reporting activities and some category management. Act as the SME for the corporate digital tools and be the local champion for our corporate social responsibility initiatives with our vendor base. Regular integration with the corporate purchasing team in Paris as well as interact with local category directors, managers and site buyers to make sure we are reaching our corporate targets for digital tool adoption and CSR key indicators. Manage deadlines and timelines while managing multiple priorities to keep projects and the team on track. Support Purchasing leadership on various ad hoc analysis, reports and establish working templates as needed The Senior Purchasing Analyst requires the ability to think and act independently to develop and deploy appropriate data collection tools to gather the appropriate information from the business to support the sourcing and management activities for a variety of different commodity and service categories.

Work with regional and national sales manager to set up new face of invoice discounts, end of month/quarter/year rebates, and other customer incentive programs in SAP. (This includes running impact analysis' on all prospective programs and product price changes) Reconcile payout/invoice queries for customers and territory sales managers. Ad hoc reporting and analysis across various departments and platforms as needed; for both internal purposes and customer pricing disputes. (I.E. SAP, salesforce, Qlikview, Excel) Process and complete salesforce customer service cases, large job quotes, and reports as needed. Daily invoicing, crediting and debiting for retroactive sales programs and sales requests in SAP. Manage accrual and processing of monthly/quarterly contractor rebate programs paid out via check in IOL. (This includes verifying and analyzing usage reports from distributors)

Senior Pricing Specialist II job encompasses duties of pricing specialist position. Oversee national (apx $3 million per month pay out) Invoice Verification process. Including: receiving and processing usage reports from largest customers, developing standard operating guidelines, reports, templates, and continuous improvements both internally and with customer. Work with transportation department to update and re-evaluate customer pick up allowance discount rates quarterly. Maintain and process all national builder rebate programs/payout submission.

Responsible for financial profitability and all operational/managerial aspects of a dedicated trucking fleet which work as a third party contracted hauler to Pittsburgh Paints (PPG) distribution center to deliver product to their retail stores and customers. As of February 2016 I was relocated due to the closure of the previous two accounts and previously held the same responsibilities for two dedicated trucking fleets out of Northern NY and VT hauling animal feed for Cargill which housed 18 employees and 28 tractors and 14 trailers.
