Jake Neal: EKIN (Field Marketing Specialist) in New York, NY

As a Nike EKIN, it is my responsibility to represent the brand at 40+ different retail account throughout NYC and Long Island, plan and execute a variety of different events for retailers, and be the face of the brand at Brand Marketing activations. Additional responsibilities include focus grouping, trend reporting, product testing, and working with a verity of media partners.

Working in Nike Direct Retail as a Consumer Experience Manager, it was my job to ensure our store was the best representation of service in retail. Leading the rollout of many different pilots project and service models within the store. In addition, was also the point of contact with the brand team for marketing events inside the store.

Worked with 50+ specialty skateboard accounts throughout NA to ensure they were constantly in stock of Zoo York hard goods. Researched and cold called additional skate shops to add them to our distribution.Partnered with our Brand Marketing team to bring our pro skate team to events in retail stores. Led grassroots marketing efforts in NYC to drive traffic to independent skate shops
