Sales and Merchandising professional with 8 years of Wholesale, Retail, and eCommerce sales experience for luxury and athletic brands. My greatest strength is having a keen eye for impactful in-store and online sales strategies and merchandising, to help clearly demonstrate the overall brand image and product benefits. •	Create short term (1-12 month) and long-range (1-year, 3-year, and 5+ year) growth plans for all accounts
•	Own the entire Go To Market selling season process from start to finish, including pre-line planning and selling, assortment plan building, sell-in, order entry, and post-market follow up
•	Partner with planning organization to curate custom assortment plans for each account based on individual store growth
•	Prepare historic selling data and analytics to back up assortment plan and buy recommendations to buyers and management
•	Effectively communicate business trends/analysis to upper management for post market feedback and future selling seasons
•	Responsible for growth and development of Junior Account Executive
•	Develop and teach analytic skills to Junior Account Executive- open to buy, weekly sales analysis, and go to market process

•	Responsible for achieving established sales, margin, and turn goals for Northeast Territory and Dick’s Sporting Goods major account program pilot
•	Develop and cultivate relationships with DSG buyers, Merchandise Analysts, in-store marketing, Pittsburgh Marathon events, and Store Operations Training teams.
•	Responsible for developing 2015 business and roll-out plan in conjunction with Newton Running pilot brand launch at Dick’s Sporting Goods
•	Create thoughtful and achievable growth sales and revenue plans to establish and grow new major accounts sales channel
•	Proactively evaluate and re-forecast sales and revenue
•	Collaborate and develop 5 territory Sales Specialists to develop and execute successful in-store promotions and launch events within product release calendar
