Work collaboratively with Corporate Safety and Quality to develop, implement, and sustain a behavioral based program. Achieved
and currently maintaining 100% corporate compliance for the safety program. Brought the quality program into ISO compliance from a 10 month deficit which consisted of performing 20 quality audits and passing the ISO 9001 registration/surveillance audit.
Mentoring a recent engineering graduate in process design using Solidworks 2018, traveler, and work instruction writing.

Contract support for Kone through Aerotek to create new or modify existing escalator layout, load plate bearing, cladding, and 3D
truss analysis drawings, along with story drift and seismic forces worksheet, brake certification and statement of compliance
documents for Kone escalators imported into the USA and Canada. Verify escalators meet City, State, Uniform, and International
building seismic codes when needed. Utilize SAP, VariPDM, and AutoCAD for document management and storage.

Contract Layout Engineer

Supporting ALCOA/Arconic Davenport Works by providing industrial and manufacturing designs and detailed drawings for the maintenance/engineering department using Autodesk Inventor. Worked independently and within teams along with manufacturing
engineers and production personnel to solve safety, ergonomic, production, & process issues. My responsibilities include Autodesk
Vault maintenance at CDI's office. Specialized in melting and continuous heat treat furnace maintenance access redesign.

Mechanical Designer

Designed food display cases in 3D for grocery and convenience stores using AutoCAD. Worked directly with sales and customers to design display cases to requested specifications.
