Almost 20 years of retail/management experience (bookstore). Oversaw inventory control, purchasing, shipping, and receiving, as well as some accounting duties (payables). POS and inventory computer experience, as well as Microsoft Word. Wrote content for website and marketing.  Customer service and phone experience.  Recession lay-off, when school decided to close bookstore operation.  Currently working in customer service/marketing position.

Variety of customer service and marketing duties - answering phones, entering orders, processing invoices and credit memos along with related bookkeeping duties.
