I directed a large in-house team through the creation and maintenance of over 30 brands sold in the consumer electronics marketplace. I developed the creative strategy and initial design templates for all product lines, a process that launched hundreds of new products yearly. I played an integral role in creating an outstanding company culture. During my tenure, the Monster Brand experienced its most significant period of growth, expanding sales from $80 million annually to $500 million in three short years (2003-2006). This period of growth included the launch of the brand, Beats by Dre.
