Marketing professional, author of ten published books, magickal mentor, and social architect. I am always reinventing myself and learning new skills. 

My public relations career ranges from the non-profit sector (health, food, and the environment) to a PR agency focused on the electronics industry to marketing tourism with Visit Anaheim, Visit Bishop and Visit Mammoth. My natural penchant to grow community and plan events lead to positions with the Segerstrom Arts Center and the Anaheim Packing District. 

I bring cardinal energy and great enthusiasm to every single project that I work on. This makes me the perfect person to launch new ideas or programs, such as the Every Last Drop newsletter for the Keep Long Valley Green coalition comprised of Tribal governments, ranchers,  county and city governments, businesses, and local and national environmental groups working to prevent the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power from draining every last drop from Payahuunadü, “the land of flowing water,” which is what the Paiute people call the Eastern Sierra.

I know how to get the work done, creatively with persistent determination and a unique flair. In order to break into the publishing world, I became an assistant for Julie Castiglia, a literary agent. Within three years, I became an author of The Wicca Cookbook and began a meaningful career focused on inspirational writing, authentic living and marketing my subsequent nine books, blogs, workshops, clients, and projects.

After the recent publication of my latest book, A BOX OF MAGICK, I launched my Magickal Mentorship Discovery Journey. This self-paced mentorship provides one on one guidance with two priestesses, myself and Connie, my mentor on the other side of the veil. The mentorship is based on A Box of Magick and the Hero's Journey.

Currently I am working on my 50-year opus, a historical fiction/magical realism novel based on the imagined response of my fourth grandmother, Maria Espiritu del Santos Peralta, to the American invasion of California in 1846. I began researching this book, titled The Last Daughters of the Don, as a child when we moved to the epicenter of our family's 66,000 acre Rancho Santiago de Santa Anna - seven modern cities of Orange County, California. 

Everyone has a story that will either inspire, educate or entertain. I enjoy getting to that nugget then crafting an authentic telling.

Her honors include Best Reference Book from the International Latino Book Awards for the Latino Writers & Journalists and Book of the Month for Rogelia's House of Magic by Las Comadres Para Americas
