Candytopia, Movietopia, Hooptopia, Toys R Us Adventure.
* Schedule trucking, heavy equipment, hire labor, work with vendors to coordinate timely
delivery of all assets at each installation/strike locations including New York, San Francisco, Mall of America, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Chicago, Philadelphia, Miami, Toronto Canada etc.

Managed multiple project budgets, ensure company obtains the best possible pricing-
including tracking change orders. Monitor project risks and identify solutions to address in advance.
* Work closely with Clients to ensure creative intent is achieved in design and fabrication.
* Managed Design Team/Trades and Coordinate vendors to ensure successful completion
of projects.
* Clients include Tokyo Disneyland, Disneyland/DCA Anaheim & Universal Studios Hollywood.

* Managed design teams to complete assigned design tasks and Packages.
* Ensured design tasks were packaged and delivered to Client by assigned date.
* Worked directly with Client, IP's (DreamWorks & Sony Pictures), Samsung, Gensler
including Skype and Go To Meetings.
* Managed meetings, documentation & Server.

* Managed multiple disciplines and design teams to complete target deliverables.
* Ensured all Milestone Design Packages were delivered to Client by assigned date.
