• Managed vendor supplied cosmetic store fixtures for key accounts including CVS, Rite-Aid, Kroger as
well as select Canadian accounts. Project managed entire process; prepared budgets, reviewed planogram updates to determine new requirements, calculated parts needs, finalized costing and provided detailed BOMS and assembly directions for our DC. Each phase of the process required exceptional attention to detail. Programs were delivered on time with complete accuracy.
• Developed and managed promotional tracking process for all brands, significantly improving the organization of projects and meeting forum, resulting in improved on time delivery to customers. Led weekly status meetings with cross functional teams.
• Spearheaded the development of and served as site administrator for corporate extranet site, a comprehensive web-based site for locating and downloading relevant sales and marketing documents, presentations, product shots and creative images.
• Designed layout of 2,500 square foot sample room for new corporate office. Sourced all fixtures and led team in setting account planogram walls and product walls for all branded and private label products. Also maintained supplies and tools for preparing presentation materials for meetings and trade events.
