The Production Art Manager oversees the staff responsible for production art files & layouts to support the factories capacity needs. This role is the production art subject matter expert for the company and oversees the efficiencies of production art print and layout files, with an eye focused on continual process improvement to reduce cost and boost on-time delivery. The role works closely with the Production Manager to ensure continual flow of layouts for on time order delivery and the Product Line Manager to establish proper guidelines for new/existing products. Updated Job Description : • Oversee/manage all production art needs for the company. This includes files from concept artists until printed at the factory. • Oversee/management layouts completion and timelines, working directly with (Production Manager) to ensure production layouts meet the needs of the factory. • Oversee/manage continual process improvement of production art flow to improve efficiency, ensure on time delivery of files to the factory and reduce costs. • Manage Production & Layout artists located at the C2B Facility • Work closely with the Product Line Manager on new product art placements, guides, templates, improvement of existing products files and continual management of all art template files. • Manage art files data base including templates files, ensuring all files are up to date and team members are aware of new product files and product file updates. • Oversee time management and report on efficiencies of production art and layouts. • Supreme attention to detail Certificates : Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Alternative Duties : Troubleshooting Marketing assets and collateral Consult onboarding of 3D Platform (BRIKL) Curator of Historical Production References Training Artist / Account Managers / Sales
