Manage a diverse portfolio of Accounts, and ensuring their continued success and growth on the Amazon platform. This requires an up to date knowledge of both Amazon Vendor and Seller Central Platforms. I work with clients to develop strategic plans that put them in a position to achieve growth and profitability goals.

Channel Key helps brands and manufacturers maximize their revenue, profit, and brand control on Amazon.
•	Manage an annual advertising budget of over $1.6 Million at an Average Cost of Sale under 18% (or, over a ROAS of $5.50). Reduced trailing 3 Months ACoS by 3% from when I started.
•	Currently managing a catalog of 8,500 active SKUs on Amazon for over 12 clients.
•	Build Yearly and Quarterly Marketing strategies tailored to each client's needs through analysis of the marketplace category and product opportunities.
•	Continuously research, review, and tweak content for high profile products to drive results for brands.
•	Design and present Brand Strategies to clients backed by historical sales and category data. Examples of this include:
o	Building out forecasts for customers to fill supply in the correct places
o	Sales analysis to focus Top-of-Search Campaigns at the times/days where products historically
converted the best to reduce wasted spend
o	Cost analysis of implementing a deals cadence to improve sell-through & reducing Cost Per Acquisition
o	Showing clients why conversion rates would be going down and providing solutions to correct it
•	Work with large data sets by managing product catalogues or interpreting bulk exports of sales and advertising data.

MARKETING COORDINATOR

OutletPC, founded in 2001, is a retailer for premier Consumer Electronic brands, specializing in computer hardware.
•	Managed 16,000 Active SKUs for multiple marketplaces with a focus of driving success on Amazon, which
accounted for the majority of marketplace revenue - $7 million annually.
•	Designed and implemented marketplace marketing strategies for Private Label and Branded products
•	Led Advertising and Promotional activity on Amazon and eBay for Private Label products - 1,500 SKUs -
with an annual spend on AMZ of $50,000 and an ACoS of 15% (or, a ROAS of $6.60) in 2018.
•	Defined Assortment for Fulfilment by Amazon while managing forecasting, replenishment, and pricing

CATEGORY MANAGER

Trend Nation, a Las Vegas based Inc. 500 company, is an e-commerce retailer who fills demand through a focus on data primarily in the branded and private label fashion and accessories verticals.

•	Managed $4M Private Label and Branded Lighting & Garden Division, achieving 135% YOY growth in 2013 and 120% YOY growth in 2014.
•	Developed and implemented growth strategies for national brands and international manufacturers to develop products for exclusive distribution, yielding over 40 products accounting for 30% of portfolio sales. 
•	Led weekly business review meetings centered on portfolio sales trends, margin review, inventory management, and forecasts for Amazon, Ebay, Walmart.com and Direct sales.
•	Created resources for Customer Service teams to speak to the technical features of Lighting and Garden products; Led Amazon Cost-Per-Click training for Buying teams with focus on curating high ROI campaigns.
