Store Manager

Top Management

Responsible for achieving revenue and margining targets along with complete P&L responsibility. 

Primary responsibilities involve selling and executing on all sales and marketing programs, key account management, risk management, cash management, inventory controls and adherence to corporate and regional guidelines and expectations.

Monitor all artwork and administer questions from all licensors efficiently. 

Coordinate with licensors and design team.

Maintain professional relationships with all licensors. 
 
Obtain all necessary approvals from licensors for all product concepts, prototypes and pre-production samples through to production.

Participate in all meetings and perform required market research. 

Prepare all presentations for prototypes and mock up samples and manage all communication for all new product development. 

Process all approvals and receive and maintain record of all submissions. 

Manage all communication for product approvals and product samples. 

Develop and maintain relationships with all functional departments. 

Maintain record of all product archive and ensure compliance to all timeframes for various product launches.

Licensing Coordinator

Overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of a retail paper
store, including: providing customer quotes; analysis and replenishment
of inventory; training, motivating and directing staff; maintaining
company policies; communications with internal departments such as
credit, payroll and human resources; vendor sourcing; reporting daily
transactions; making deposits; store opening and closing procedures;
operating material handling equipment; shipping and receiving;
merchandising and assisting with in-store promotions.

Assistant Manager

- Grow and retain Reseller business with current or newly acquired partners

- Structure new partner contracts and opportunities

- Stay current with our partnerships, products, and market changes

International Sales Manager

Oversee and ensure the quality of ALL printed materials before they left the facility for delivery to the customer.

Quality Control Supervisor

- Develop and maintain relationships with the company's new and existing client base. 

- Sell the firm and its products, ensures client satisfaction and develop new business opportunities.
