Years of experience in managing teams to execute anything from day to day operations to helping execute large scale events such as the World Series, Stanley Cup, Kentucky Derby, Boxing, Soccer and NFL Games.  Experienced in growing business, managing a P&L, achieving and surpassing budgetary goals while maintaining customer, client and employee satisfaction. Proven leader, dedicated and loyal worker who truly cares about the success of his team and the overall business.  After years of working as a snowboard instructor/coach, product tester, rental shop manager, ski/snowboard tuner/technician I moved into food and beverage where I swiftly moved through the ranks to now be managing food and beverage for an entire sports and entertainment arena in San Diego. 

• Headlined the re-opening of food and beverage operations after 18 month closure due to Covid
Cleaned, stocked, staffed and reopened Arena in under 4 weeks for the highest sales event in history of the Arena. 270K of F&B sales in approx. 3 hours
• Within 6 months grew revenue by approx. 30% and raised ROI % to be within the top 5 of all Levy West Coast operations
• Manage 6 full service bars and 10 food revenue centers, up to 12 portable bars, 20 box suites and a premium lounge serving up to 13,500 patrons
