Hailing from a creative background I now focus my energies on strategic and project management roles. My career has seen many disciplines of the advertising industry from idea conception to implementation. With over 15 years experience in the industry primarily focused on retail advertising and production.

Working internally at Global Citizen as a Producer of over 100 online and broadcast films, Associate Producer of the 2012 Global Citizen Festival in Central Park and Producer for the live broadcast to over 15 million viewers. Rebranding lead of Global Citizen and Producer of the 2013-16 Global Citizen Festival's (www.globalcitizenfestival.com) 

As a marketing and content agency focused on the cause sector we help Non-profits and brands strategically tell their story. From humble campaigns to major fundraising events we support clients from ideation to delivery and review.
Established a goal driven business who produced major campaigns like for brands like Lulu Lemon, BBC and Contiki along with TV productions for Red Nose Day on NBC and countless white labelled content packages for major advertising agencies.

Co-Founder

Established a data driven process by integrating existing practices into a revised business strategy for overall company growth from 200k members to 6M+. Produced the 2013, 2014 and 2015 Global Citizen Festivals, Thank You Festival & Global Citizen 2015 Earth Day.
• Design & manage the execution of marketing plans for the organisation & its campaigns.
• Collaborated with Executive team to revise business strategy
• Lead team of 40+ contractors and staff in peak periods.
• Procure and manage pro-bono advertising and marketing partnerships
• Manage production work flow systems and procedures for projects to be
delivered on time, on brand and within budget while managing staff,
contractors and vendors
• Creative Director on all production of film and visual assets
• Supervise the development and use of all brands, tone, positioning, marks
and visual identities across the organisation and international campaigns
• Align sponsorship, partner and brand programs with GC global strategy and
ensure sponsorships are appropriately leveraged
• Led rebranding of Global Citizen (and globalcitizen.org)

TBF operated and facilitated the management of 3 music acts. Booking shows whilst managing marketing and distribution channels we achieved the following:
- iTunes single of the week for Here Come the Birds single "Bravery and Defeat"
- track inclusion on several action sport films
- inclusion on touring festival stages (HCTB) for 'Groovin the Moo' and 'Splendor in the Grass' Music festivals
