Direct daily operation of Young An Hat’s five (5) cap & hat manufacturing facilities (Two in Chittagong, Bangladesh, Two in Colombo, Sri Lanka and One in Hanoi, Vietnam), Seoul Administrative Headquarters office and a Hong Kong material sourcing office. Responsible for a total global staff of approximately 4,800.

• Increased existing customer revenues by an annual average of 2% YoY while adding just under 10% in revenue from new customers globally from 2014-2017.
• Current client list serves North America (85% of revenue), Australia (10%) and Europe (5%).
• Transitioned manufacturing facilities in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Vietnam from previous Korean-driven
management to Local General Management infrastructures.
• Initiated lean manufacturing procedural changes that resulted in bolstering production line throughput by 5%
YoY allowing the division to exceed productivity targets.
• Established North American manufacturing sales divisional office in Dallas, Texas in August 2017 which
resulted in a 12% revenue increase in its initial 19 months of operation

Responsible for restructuring the operations of SDHC after purchase in December
of 2012. Directed all aspects of the company's accounting, corporate compliance, distribution and design
departments. Instrumental in the integration of the parent company's other North American holding, H3 Sportgear,
into the San Diego Hat facility.

Coordinated product development and marketing plan of company's NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and NCAA headwear
lines targeting upper tier retailers. Successfully acquired the rights to the 1998-2001 PGA Championships and 1999
Ryder Cup. Divisional Sales accounted for 28% of total company's USA sales volume in 1998.
