Head of Operations
Was part of core leadership team that strategized and launched the concept. Was responsible for the core IT and operations strategy - supply chain strategy, digital experience roadmap, ERP and customer care initiatives. In line with core business needs developed and executed key process SOPs (O2C, P2P, source to pay), mapped processes in ERP (Oracle NetSuite), built strategic partner eco system - logistics and warehouse operations for both domestic and International transactions, and established the last mile operations (UAE market). Conceptualized and managed the business (P&L responsibility) for an end to end scalable online hypermarket business (Omni-Channel), including the IT infrastructure and eco-system to support business. Strategically managed all Internet properties to drive profitability through acquisition and traffic building initiatives, working on conversion rates, larger basket sizes and managing margin delivery.

- Architected technical infrastructure - a cloud-based enterprise class scalable and secure architecture that seamlessly integrated with core ERP system (Oracle) with near real time data interfacing through APIs.
- Owned & managed all customer experience interfaces namely design & aesthetics, content, navigation (user journey), information architecture, branding/marketing, performance and functionality efforts to build a positive multi device experience (web & mobile).
