Management of the Lincoln Electric Cutting Systems Marketing Communications Team. Development of internal and external customer facing marketing material, advertising campaigns and technical documentation for all Lincoln Electric Cutting Systems product lines worldwide. 

Responsibilities include maintenance and reporting of marketing budget, review of Google Adwords investment, SEO performance, data analysis and market research. Identify, analyze and recommend the best avenues for marketing investments. Monthly reporting of marketing efforts and results to senior management. Provide summaries of business performance and data analytics that support the achievement of sales goals. 

Continued improvement of brand recognition through the communication of value propositions. Development of launch strategies to support new product or service rollouts and organize trade show attendance. Supply brand and product standards to sales and service to support business initiatives. In addition, create, implement and manage overall email and social media strategy as well as develop digital, interactive, video and print multimedia for various product lines. 

Publication of yearly marketing and sales plan, as well as a comprehensive procedure guide for all online marketing efforts. Establishment of Customer Experience program and onsite technical demonstration center at the Reno location. 

Oversee development and maintenance of all digital marketing and communications. Layout, design and project management of multiple websites with an average daily traffic over 3000 visits per day.
