- Manage and oversee all Arizona satellite office business operations 
- Establish/build/maintain positive relationship with new and existing clients
- Prepare proposal contracts, deposit invoices and final invoices of each event contract
- Inventory management of event assets
- Keep local Arizona fleet vehicles DOT compliant for nationwide use
-  Prepare all event documentation from planning, executing, and post event reports
- Coordinate shipping/travel logistics of vehicles, trailers, and staff
- Lead/manage event crew locally in Arizona and across the United States
- Major Successful Activated Events:
       - Ironman Triathlon Series, Pat Tillman Run, LA Marathon, Boston Marathon
       - JP Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge 5k Series

- Prepare onsite infrastructure
- Brand placement throughout event grounds
- Process incoming/outgoing event supply shipments
- Periodically check all equipment throughout event
- Be on call for any issues that may arise mid event
- Major Successful Activated Events:
         - Life is Beautiful Festival
         - Electric Zoo Festival

Independent Contractor

- Promote nationwide grassroots marketing campaign
- Manage and ensure on time event production
- Hospitality management between Guests & Athletes/Artists
- Communicate brand message to consumers
- Build centers of influence network
