Manage direct sales to our network of over 2,500 athletes consisting of triathletes, cyclists, runners, and more. • Overseeing a forecasted quota of over $1M in discounted sales • Manage a portfolio of 15+ partner products ranging from bikes, to cycling components, to nutritional products. • Both hands-on and virtual product training to all athletes within our network for all partner products. • Establish ambitious sales targets, manage deployment strategies and develop go-to- market plans to capitalize on every revenue opportunity.

Coordinate and ensure all needs for both athletes and staff for all events at the Olympic Training Center • Manage a fulfillment team for the full cycle of every event • Provide top notch management and customer service for all athletes, guests, and staff on a daily basis • Thorough quality inspections for all events prior to launch

Being a German company, and a fairly small US office, I was the Sales Manager but also wore many hats to ensure the best possible company reputation and reliability • Maintain relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and all sponsored pro cycling teams • Establishing rapport with new and existing clientele, I promoted SRM's latest technology for both cycling and training metrics • Travel both nationally and internationally to attend trade shows and races promoting SRM products • Establish a thorough sales forecast for both monthly and annual review for the CEO • Work with the product development team to establish new product launch strategies
