Managing our schedules for capital expenditures to tie out our GL. Some items require manual adjustments (i.e. Property Management companies are given special terms and would need adjustments in the Bad Debt schedule)
FP&A Reporting: Monthly Balance Sheet and Income Statement, Annual YoY Sales Revenue, Annual Audit Reporting     //  (10%  of my job)
Once the GL has tied out to the bank reconciliations, payroll, & schedules and passes a sanity check then the monthly IS & BS is provided to the CFO and to the respective division managers

The most recent ad-hoc analysis of oor Print Shop resulted in $40k annual savings to keep it in house rather than outsource

Sr Financial Analyst

Work with CFO & Finance Director to establish the budget for each department starting with a baseline & adjusting based on need
Update forecasts in the models based on spending rates
FP&A adjustments   //  Monthly budget review with department managers to evaluate variances & adjust the forecast accordingly     //     (25% of my job)
Each month variances in the spending/run rates are reviewed with the department managers to determine forecast adjustments
Monthly P&L reporting for each department     //     (10% of my job)
Generate monthly sales/commissions reports, institutional revenue reports, annual schedule of spending(501c3 regulation requirement),  maintain schedules, post journal entries, & ad hoc reporting 
Income Statements were sent each month to highlight if departments were within budget or if the forecasted spending trends were running higher than anticipated
Create reports & presentation deck for the CFO to present each quarter to the Board of Directors      //      (3% of my job)
