• Researching and sending inquiries for any/all upcoming events, photoshoots, commercials and corporate parties that may need our models.

• Manage all aspects of booked jobs and itineraries from beginning until job wraps.

• Investigating & addressing all model and or client complaints.

Freelance Booking Model & Talent Agent

•Managed expense reports, edit bids, budgets, production schedules, freelancers, office supplies, social media account and team events.

• Monitored budgets for each on-going project daily.

• Coordinated talent, voiceover and sound studios for various jobs.

•Maintained and filtered communication between the post team and clients. Made sure all clients, editors, creatives and producers are taken care of with client service requests.

Production Coordinator

• Presented a professional, welcoming first contact to all clients, vendors, board members, staff, and media.

• Managed freelance invoices, employee phone list, powerpoint presentations and music for main lobby
and additional floors. Assisted with ongoing projects for in-house culture events team as well as the volunteer program.

• Provided support for Human Resources: interview schedules, applicant pools, resume files and new hire
orientation.

Office Coordinator

•Supported the director and producer in unscripted reality TV. Updated two calendars on a daily basis
with pilots, reels, cuts, meetings and travel.

•Created and researched new ideas for development meetings.

•Responsible for taking all calls and messages. Scheduled various pitch and development meetings, worked in a team environment, watched cuts & reels, and managed expense reports.

•Coordinated Spike's social media accounts.
