Oversee product management and set up for all LOB's using RTP|One software suite.  This includes; tickets, passes, rental/demo, ski school, food & beverage, and retail.

Reconcile all trip billings
Pay bills, fulfill check requests
Manage Annual fund contributions
Assist with planning fundraising events, organize awards ceremonies for races

Bookkeeper/Ski Team Coordinator

Conduct onsite and remote training sessions with external customers on multiple function sets of the RTP software
Conduct internal training sessions for other employees on different function sets of RTP software
Create internal and external documentation and online training sessions
Travel to resorts for onsite training and implementations
Specialization in Ticketing, Season Pass, Access Control, Rental Shop configuration and Retail software implementations

Implementation Specialist

Product set up for 6 resorts using the RTP 5.5 software suite.

Product Manager

RPOS Application Specialist

Product set up in RTP for 6 resorts, 3 in the East, 3 in the West
Assist in the design of paper ticket stock and season pass card stock
Create ticket and season pass layouts in RTP and Photoshop
Facilitate the implementation of new marketing programs in RTP
Set up and implementation of the online stores for season passes, daily tickets, lesson and rental reservations
Assist in creating fulfillment processes for online reservations
Oversee work order system, assign tasks to myself and other team members

Responsible for 30+ coed students for a 5 month period
Assign weekly chores, kitchen crew
Supervise 2 hour evening study hall
Coordinate/schedule vans for races

Generate reports for skier day count and marketing analysis
Determine prices for upcoming season
