All League Sports Photos & Lab, Inc.
Photographer | 01/2017 - Current
The task is to photograph portraits of children who are currently in a sports team (ages varying from 3 years old to 15 years old). As a photographer I am expected to be comfortable with on site lighting and I must have a very high success rate at photographing the subject as I am expected to have one photo per kid. In a day the team of photographers can photograph up to 1300 kids so efficiency is a must.
Disneyland Resort
Photo Pass Photographer | 09/2013 - 12/2020
During my time with the Disneyland resort, I have grown from a new PhotoPass photographer to a Dining photographer, to being a Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique studio photographer. From there I moved up to being a Disney Signature photographer and then finally to a Disney Special Events photographer. What does all of this even mean? This means that I have experienced high stress while photographing hundreds of thousands of families in front of the castle all while maintaining a friendly outlook and entertaining my guests. This means that I have had the chance to help a family who was unsatisfied with their meal turn their bad experience into a great one by helping them with quality customer service (and maybe an extra photo or two when allowed). This means I was able to take a crying little princess and make her day by treating her like the bell of the ball all while capturing unforgettable images for her parents. All of that has happened before I moved up into Signature photography where I and an assistant were able to capture at least 100 unforgettable images within an hour while using professional off-camera lighting for each client that booked our time. All of those images were touched up and perfected in lightroom and sometimes photoshop before being sent out to the client. And finally, my time in the Disney Special Events team allowed me to practice, hone, and perfect my documentary photography and product photography skills. My time as a Disneyland Photographer has helped bring me from being a basic park photographer to being the professional photographer I am today.
Locale Lifestyle Magazine
Photographer | 07/2018 - 12/2018
As a contracted photographer, the task is to create beautiful, high resolution images of the events that Locale Magazine holds. I also edit the images and send them to the team that then adds the images to the Locale website or publishes them to the printed version of Locale Magazine. In my short time of working with Locale Magazine I have already had the privilege of having a two page spread published and printed by Locale Magazine in their October issue of 2018.
