Jennifer Cello: Wholesale Representative in El Monte, CA

My main job is to manage and service a set customer list of accounts. I receive their orders through email or telephone and enter them into AIMS360 (Apparel Management System). I follow up with the customers through the entire progress of their order until completion. I make adjustments to their orders as requested or needed. In my spare time I create designs and submit them to the designer for inspiration on future collections. I assist the General Manager with any assignment such as daily data entry to update in-stock inventory, and maintain key accounts. When needed I help the shipping Manager create labels for shipping and of course keep my work space and other areas clean. I was also sent to the Atlanta, GA trade show at the Americas Mart in February 2015.

My main job was to give quality customer service and ring customers up at the register. At other times I was asked to place walk-in orders, assist with monthly inventory, closing of registers, set up visual displays and keep the work space clean.

My main job was to check garments for loose threads and discrepancies in garments specifications. I also tagged and packaged orders for allocating to different wholesale customers. When I first started training in the front office I became familiar with AIMS (Apparel Management System) and how to respond to wholesale customers through email. I also gave customer service over the phone to retail customers.
