▪ Successfully navigated a significant ownership change, adapting recruitment strategies and team dynamics to align with the new company vision and goals.
▪ Implemented a new applicant tracking system, Workday Recruit, which resulted in streamlining the recruitment, onboarding, pre-screening and IT processes while improving the efficiency in all areas of HR and allowed workforce reduction without jeopardizing the quality of the new hire experience.

▪ Conducted an annual I-9 audit of over 3000 team members to ensure compliance with federal regulations, mitigating potential risks for the organization. Summarized findings for company risk consideration and action plan. 
▪ Partnered with HR leadership and legal on reviewing and updating HR policies that included I-9, company sponsorships, record retention, offer letter language, job descriptions, candidate dispositions, applications and required new hire onboarding documents and learnings across 47 states.
▪ Oversaw a mighty team of two that onboarded over 1,000 new hires year over year. 
▪ Performed over 40 confidential executive hires outside the normal process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
▪ Managed Indeed and Glassdoor reviews to enhance recruitment, company branding and retention that included review, crafting company responses, metrics and escalation. 
▪ In partnership with Marketing, managed the HR Department Internal Communications Marketing plan by creating an annual calendar and coordinating announcements for benefit, payroll, hot jobs, referral awards, compliance, performance, holiday, Workday tips and performance. This also included regular review of metrics and surveys to ensure producing effective and meaningful communications.

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Manager

▪ Conducted full-cycle recruitment for 20-40 clinical and non-clinical positions across the United States with primary focus supporting the West Radiology Region.
▪ Partnered with hiring managers, compensation, benefits, HR business partners and other recruiters to best strategize to find and attract top talent. 
▪ Succeeded in meeting and exceeding recruiting metric targets with year over year leading performance reviews.
▪ Served as a key player in recruitment/HR projects and implementation including annual/quarterly people review, internal/new hire process, school outreach/event coordination, Social Recruiting, OFCCP process, traveler (contingent) vendor process/management and company Veteran connection.

Recruiter

▪	Managed the full cycle recruiting process for patient and non-patient facing roles in the MI area.
▪	Collaborated with hiring manager to determine search strategy for specific requisition, execute established strategy, evaluate results and readjust tactics as needed to ensure capture of talent needed to fill the open position. 
▪	Partnered with candidates throughout the interview process, scheduling phone interviews, in-person interviews, conducting manager and candidate debriefs, and negotiation offers.
▪	Supported the Recruiting Operations team to execute on sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines of talent for critical hiring needs nationwide. 
▪	Strategized and executed critical collaborating projects, which included acquisitions, the referral program, the internship program, vendor management program, iCIMS talent platform, school outreach and branding.

Recruiting Sourcer

▪	Executed a broad range of projects and initiatives to enable successful efforts of the recruiting team, hiring managers and candidates.
▪	Responsible for managing up to forty new hire background checks a month. 
▪	Collaborated to execute several key projects with the Sr. Recruiter and Director to create and implement  iCIMS (candidate application system), FocusOne (vendor management company for all medical travelers), Direct Employers (OFCCP compliance and management), Internship program, Referral program, Acquisitions ranging from 2 - 250 new employees, School outreach that included marketing materials, PowerPoint presentations and processes.
▪	Worked closely with the HR Coordinators, HR Business Partners, HR Learning and Development team, HR Marketing team and the Benefits team to ensure aligned communications and processes to support the business.
▪	Reported to one Director and supported six recruiters.

Recruiting Project Coordinator
