My role as the Regional Sales Manager is to grow the sales revenue for the grip, sport, and casual product assortment working directly with fitness studio owners within a specific territory (Mid West/Central/North West). This all comes together by first building relationships and trust with the studio owners ensuring what they are buying for their studio is the best product and quality possible. Everything from planning events to helping plan a buy for the next season based on sales numbers from their previous year and local area is how growth and support come together.

Brandzooka is a revolutionary Video Marketing Platform empowering any person or business to execute video campaigns online or on TV. Viewers can be targeted by interests, location, age and gender. We serve our users video ads across hundreds of ad networks and straight into places like CNN, NYT, Bloomberg or anywhere the specific target audience lives.

As the Director of Sales, I provide the management, vision, and leadership to provide the service and commitment to our leads and users. I am responsible for managing user acquisition, customer support, as well as the sales reps while also managing select VIP users. We all work very closely together but it is necessary to collaborate with the other departments as the decision maker for the department. I collaborate with marketing in regards to any communication (email, social or otherwise) that is customer facing. I work very closely with the VP of Product, who oversees both development and media, to communicate specific user feedback and needs that can then be prioritized within the development stack and working closely with media on forecasting and campaign results. I also work on sales specific financial reporting for the executive leadership team, board members, and investors as needed.

Director of Retail Sales

•	Responsible for driving the wholesale business for Skirt Sports with a primary focus on US sales but also working with distributors globally to increase brand exposure
•	Foster relationships with independent accounts to continue partnership and growth within the channel
•	Travel as needed to meet with independent and key accounts across the US
•	Create pre-booking discounts and timelines to ensure orders are entered in a timely manner..
•	Meet and present pre-lines to major key accounts within the US
•	Work with creative team to complete a cohesive catalogue for wholesale customers
•	Work directly with design and development to discuss future seasons starting at initial line planning
•	Work with development to insure the color palates used for the season can easily be merchandised, along with using correct fabrics throughout all product assortments to have a more cohesive line
•	Use Adobe Illustrator to create merchandise pages for key customers as well as independent customers 
•	Manage entry level sales team to mentor and grow their knowledge of the brand and the business with wholesale customers
•	Create and implement a MAP policy with all customers within the first 3 months
•	Attend and manage booth at major tradeshows specific to the run specialty industry
•	Work at additional “Skirt Clinics” or other events that Skirt Sports sponsors

Sales Manager

Being a start-up, we all wear multiple hats.  The main portion of my goal is to oversee all sales and revenue for GeoPalz in North America.  I also help with business development along with the CEO/Founder and COO/Founder.  I work closely with the CFO on pipeline and forecasting for investor presentations.

•	Handle all sales, both US and International, moving product into big box and independent stores. Major negotiations include Amazon.com, Apple.com, Best Buy, FGL Sports (Canada), Fry’s, Gamestop, and Verizon Wireless
•	Responsible for generating over half a million in revenue for the company
•	Attend and manage booth at major and mid-market tradeshows throughout North America
•	Maintain inventory updates to keep product moving in a consistent flow
•	Creation and distribution of marketing materials, ie email blasts and promotional videos
•	Assisted with website maintenance and updates to increase traffic

Sales Representative

•	Collaborate with out-licensors to ensure Jibbitz line has its own identity while also maintaining a sense of uniformity within the Crocs brand.
•	Conduct sales data analyzation for each SKU to calculate ROI.
•	Create extensive briefs for the design team to develop a cohesive line for the Jibbitz business.
•	Forecast market trends (ie fashion, new media, etc.) to prepare new Jibbitz and Crocs accessories up eighteen to twenty-four months in advance of actual launch date.

Product Line Manager - Jibbitz

•	Managed Inside Sales Team for the US and Latin America consisting of ten employees.
•	Analyzed sales data and trends to effectively provide feedback on getting the correct product in the right accounts.
•	Increased sales by 20% overall collectively in the following accounts: Academy, Amazon, Beall’s, and Nordstrom.

Inside Sales Manager

•	Primary caretaker for key accounts: Sports Authority (Pay on Scan/Consignment), Buy Buy Baby (Bed Bath & Beyond), Rack Room, Off Broadway, AAFES, Target Corp, and Target.com
•	Processed and tracked orders for aforementioned accounts, ensuring all orders were received in a timely fashion
•	Dispelled customer dissatisfaction by responding to customer complaints and taking the necessary steps to completely satisfy the customers

Key Account Manager

•	Checked validity of customer deductions
•	Worked with customers firsthand to develop solutions for any invalid deductions.
•	Trained over fifty employees on researching deductions, understanding fundamental differences between chargebacks and deductions, entering Return Material Authorization (RMA), order placement, and delivering specific packing instructions

Account Compliance Coordinator

•	Helped grow the Crocs business by entering orders and checking order availability.
•	Created returns and credit memo’s when needed to help the sales team.
•	Called on accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
•	Manage the needs of Account Managers in the US Wholesale Department
