• Develop, manage & reconcile plans & budgets for all corporate events Work closely with accounting to ensure accurate & timely accounting of each event Identify opportunities that lower net cost without compromising the quality of an overall event • Provide project leadership for all corporate events Responsible for project plans, organization of event team, spearhead team meetings and obtain status updates on delegated tasks from staff to Senior Management Team. • Oversee all logistics of all corporate events which includes trade shows, sales meetings and conferences RFP, F&B planning, A/V, décor, event schedule, speakers, entertainment, activities, hotel rooming lists, ground transportation and travel Supervise, oversee, direct & coordinate the activities of personnel, subcontractors & other suppliers of event services Provide on-site management for some events to ensure all aspects of the event are executed successfully
