Direct support to Deputy General. • Key point of contact/manager of critical needs between outside suppliers and Pratt engine centers located in: Shanghai, Singapore, Belgium, Turkey, Christchurch, and Columbus. • Tracked the flow of critical parts through the suppliers manufacturing shop from the raw material phase, to the manufacturing process; dealing with part specs, quality and controls. • Consultant for P&W corporate MRO division inside weekly corporate senior management and executive meetings relating to Pratt's Global community. • Working within MRP, Procurement and Change Control in resolving problems and issues from sale to delivery. • Key technical knowledge inside a variety of components within an engine build in order to deliver with short TAT, ability to find the hard to find where others have been unsuccessful. • Utilizing Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) risk management processes as part of sourcing and category management methodology. Managing Daily reports for Pratt Engine Center’s outside supply base. • Monitoring category performance to take corrective action when required. Conducting supplier Performance Reviews and grading processes to meet the standards of UTC/Pratt and Whitney.
