MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Orchestrate dynamic internal and external communications.  Produce extraordinary trade shows and events, and ensure that the execution and delivery are aligned with the organization's strategic and financial objectives. Increase value to customers and employees, while recognizing the significance of exemplary customer service.

Provided contracted floor management services to the Academy for annual food and nutrition show. Ensured success of management showcases and stage demonstration areas, overseeing set-up, operations, and tear-down. Assisted exhibitors with any and all show needs and concerns, working between show office, catering, and MCC staff . Remained on call to maintain that Academy and convention center regulations were followed throughout Expo.  Assist with Exhibit Sales for FNCE 2016 to ensure another successful exposition.

•	Directed agencies and vendor partners, administering various communication platforms and strategies across all forms of media. Acted as brand steward to enhance company’s overall perception by leveraging company strengths in innovation, expertise, and sustainability efforts. 
•	Increased overall brand awareness and added to company credibility in expertise and product quality by managing all internal and external events with specific focus on trade shows and trainings, regionally and nationally, maintaining strong communications with all stakeholders.   
•	Improved overall company culture, productivity, morale as evident in successful employee surveys through consistent internal employee communications, executive leadership and sales summits, team building, and appreciation events.  
•	Recognized as invaluable multi-departmental resource by providing high-level department support (such as creating customer presentations, managing vendors and budgets for multiple departments, and producing and monitoring promotional-item inventory).   

•	Reduced site risks and safety violations by delivering facilities assistance (including campus signage, monitoring site security, parking issues and regulations, employee identification / access badge program, and preserving legacy assets) and enhancing and enforcing programs.

Marketing Communications Manager

Led the delivery of all aspects of national trade-show execution ensuring flawless experiences, including pre-event, on-site communication, and debriefing sessions with relevant parties.  Handled all internal and external communications, including intranet and social media.  Coordinated all logistics requirements for company-wide meetings, including executive, department summits, Board of Directors, and Shareholders meetings.
•	Organized internal employee team-building events, video newsletters, and philanthropic involvement that re-affirmed the value of our sales force.
•	Oversaw corporate travel administration program, including completing arrangements for all levels of staff, and the set-up and management of a proprietary travel website, which gave T&E (a significant portion of the company expenditures) greater visibility through efficient reporting modules.

Executive Coordinator & Communications Specialist

Provided 24/7 administrative and personal support to Studio President including managing ever-changing calendars and meeting schedules, demanding studio operations, shooting schedules, and post-production.  Coordinated all details of last minute intricate and elaborate events, and frequent travel for all TPS staff and development team.
•	Served as liaison between administrative staff, production, and contractors, disseminating various communications to media and staff on behalf of President.
•	Ensured efficiency of ongoing operations and productions by organizing administrative area, encompassing management of email and telecomm requirements company-wide, maintaining detailed call-logs, and establishing document and electronic filing systems.

Executive Assistant

Provided executive assistance to Administrative Services/Finance Director and direct support staff.  Composed various executive management correspondence to citizens, business community, and employees.  Prepared presentations for executive management and City Council.  Compiled and evaluated financial and budgetary reports.  Provided representation and assistance in customer service, billing, and payroll departments.  Coordinated all aspects of travel for several department directors, including expense tracking and account management. 

•	Assisted in the preparation and publishing of the City’s annual budget documents that served as a guide for accountability and allowed each department to track annual expenses.
•	Managed all A/V aspects of City Council and Commission meetings for broadcast
•	Worked with Economic Development for the Mayor’s annual State of the City event to ensure repeated investments in the City for each upcoming year.
